Pathways can be raised above roads too, meaning you can create cool walkways that criss-cross your main streets. Once more thanks to you guys, you sure gave me some useful pointers to may help me crack this nut - I'll report back once I've tried a few things. While most city planners and traffic analysts (yes, I’ve read up on this to help design my cities, don’t judge me) have a three-tier road system composed of highways (your six lanes) connecting streets (four lane each-ways) and local streets (two-way smaller roads) it doesn’t work that way in the game. If I'm going to switch to TM:PE, Advanced AI would be one of the main reasons to do so, so hopefully I'll be able to find a way to get it up and running without the current issues and with the improved just thinking out loud here, but have you tried removing the TM+AI config file? Could it be that it clashes with the TM:PE config, resulting in the issues you experienced? I haven't tried disabling the latter, so I'll try that, but if possible I'd prefer to keep it, because the slightly varying speeds on highways distributes highway traffic slightly better (a bit more of a steady stream instead rather than occasional 'batches' of vehicles). Ever since I started my current map, if discounting NExt and Roads United, the only traffic mod I've been using is Traffic Manager + Enhanced AI (the old one) and Realistic Vehicle Speed.
